Nielsen revealed that Americans listened to an average of 32.1 hours of music per week in 2017.1 That’s 4.59 hours of music per day, saturating our kids with messages of “let go,” “lose control,” and “I can’t stop.” And that’s just music; that doesn’t include Netflix, YouTube, social media, and other screen time.
